Dean Montano

Manchester based DJ & producer with house music in his DNA.

Dean has been rocking dance floors since the early 00’s, blending disco infused grooves with funk, deep house, and the odd classic to boot.

He bagged his first residency at the 230 Club in London in the 00’s. He has since played at various venues, clubs, and events across the UK and Ibiza – including regular appearances at the Hacienda Nottingham Events, and the Boho Festivals, where he is a resident for the Pop-Up-Party brand.

He’s played alongside DJ’s such as Fat Tony, Crazy P Soundsystem, Horse Meat Disco, Melvo Baptiste, Greg Wilson, Tom Wainwright, Graeme Park, Jeremy Healey and Jon Pleased Women to name just a few.

As a Producer, Dean has collaborated on Deeper Than Deep in 2025 before releasing his debut solo EP Funk Sensation/RIFF RAFF on the Muscle Funk Music label the same year (where he also holds a residency at their infamous record parties). The release/EP hit number 3 in the Deep House release chart on another download site, cementing his reputation as one to watch behind the decks and in the studio.
