One Random

Before smartphones, social media and status updates, there were dark rooms, booming basslines and a generation of ravers who lived for the music. DJ One Random was one of them.

Growing up in the late 90s rave scene, One Random discovered his love for dance music at an early age. A regular at under-18 raves before he’d even turned 14, he was lucky enough to experience some of the finest jungle DJs around, soaking up the energy, atmosphere and sounds that would shape his lifelong passion for music.

By his early 20s, he was immersed in the underground scene, rubbing shoulders with local pirate radio DJs and finding himself at spontaneous pop-up raves and legendary house parties. For One Random, it was never about being seen or getting likes — it was always about the music, the people and the atmosphere.

His own DJ journey started in the bedroom, mixing tracks and sharing his sets on Mixcloud. What began as a personal passion soon caught the attention of others, eventually opening the door to an opportunity to bring his old-school roots and genuine love of dance music to Ibiza Pulse FM, One Random is proof that you don’t need to follow trends to make your mark.

No hype, no ego, just a proper old-school raver who still lives for the music.
